CardQR is a web platform that allows users to:

• • Create business profiles for managing work teams

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• • Provide accurate and complete information
• • Maintain the security of your account and password
• • Use two-factor authentication (2FA) when available for added security
• • Notify immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans:

• • Free Plan: Unlimited cards, basic templates, basic analytics
• • Pro Plan: Everything in the free version plus premium templates, subdomains, advanced analytics
• • Enterprise Plan: All of Pro + own domain, API, dedicated support

Prices are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You commit to:

• • Use the Service only for legal and legitimate purposes
• • Do not infringe intellectual property rights
• • Do not transmit malware or harmful content
• • Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• • Do not use the Service for spam or fraudulent activities

6. User Content

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice for conduct that violates these Terms. You can cancel your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
