As many as you want: the number of cards has no limit on any plan, the free one included. You can have a card for each professional role, project, event or language you need. For example: one for your main job, another for freelance projects and another for events. Each one with its own URL and QR.

No need to download anything. CardQR works fully from your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) on any device. You just access with your email and password from anywhere. The people scanning your QR don't need any special app either, just their phone's camera. Everything works directly from the browser.

Yes. CardQR complies with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation): the connection is encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, we never sell your data to third parties and you control what information you share. Your card does not appear in search engines unless you turn that on, you can protect it with a security code (Pro plan), download all your data from Settings and delete your account at any time.

Full analytics is on the Pro plan: visits by day and by hour, unique visitors and how many come back, countries, devices and browsers, referring websites, clicks on each button and CSV export. On the free plan you see the total visits to your cards.

Yes, with the Enterprise plan you can serve your cards from your own domain (for example, cards.yourcompany.com) instead of card-qr.com/c/your-name, with its SSL certificate. On the other plans your card lives at card-qr.com/c/your-name, with the final part of your choosing.

CardQR digital cards require internet connection to display, as they are loaded from our servers to ensure the most up-to-date information. However, once someone views your card, they can save your contact in their phone (vCard export) and that information will be available offline in their address book. This is the best of both worlds: always updated online, savable for offline.

Yes. In your card editor, in the Features tab, turn on "Appear on Google". If the card is complete (photo, a description of at least 40 characters, company or job title, a contact detail and a link), it can show up in the results of Google and other search engines. It is optional and free on all plans: by default your card is NOT indexed and can only be reached through your URL, QR or NFC.

Turn off the "Appear on Google" switch in your card editor and save. From that moment the page tells search engines not to index it and it is removed from the sitemap. Google drops it from results on its next crawl (usually within days). PIN-protected cards are never indexed, regardless of this setting.

There are several ways: 1) QR code: print it, show it on your phone or put it in your email signature. 2) Direct URL: share it by WhatsApp, email or social media. 3) NFC: write your card to a tag and all it takes is holding a phone up to it. 4) Share button: opens the share options on the phone of whoever is viewing your card. 5) Export vCard: save your details straight into the phone's contacts.

Yes, definitely. You can download your QR code in high resolution (PNG, SVG or PDF) perfect for printing. You can add it to: physical business cards, brochures, posters, roll-ups, email signatures, PowerPoint presentations, advertising materials, etc. The QR is fully customizable (colors, logo in the center).

This is the great advantage of digital cards: when you update your information in CardQR (change your phone, email, title, etc.), the change is instantly reflected. The QR code and URL remain the same, but now they show your new information. You don't need to reprint anything or reshare your card. Everyone who has your QR or URL will automatically see the updated information.

Yes, no problem. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, with no penalty, and keep using the free plan: there are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. If you also delete your account from Settings, we delete your cards, contacts, leads, analytics and payment methods, and that email stays blocked for 30 days (permanently if the account was closed for breaching the terms or had payments in dispute). For tax reasons we separately keep your billing history and the minimum data to identify you for 10 years, with your email stored encrypted; after that period it is deleted automatically. The Privacy Policy has the details.
