How can I create my first digital card?
To create your first digital card, log in to your account and click “New Card” from the dashboard. Follow the step-by-step wizard to add your contact information, customize the design, and generate your unique QR code.
Can I modify my card after creating it?
Yes, you can edit your digital card at any time from the “My Cards” section. All changes will be reflected automatically without needing to change the QR code.
How does the plan system work?
We offer three plans: Free (unlimited cards and basic templates), Pro (premium templates, custom subdomains, and advanced analytics), and Enterprise (own domain, API, and dedicated support). You can change your plan at any time from your account settings.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, your cards will remain active but you will lose access to the premium features. You can continue using the free plan features. Your data will be retained and you can reactivate your subscription at any time.
How do I download my QR code?
From the card editing page, click the “Download QR” button. You can choose different formats (PNG, SVG, PDF) and sizes according to your needs.
Can I use a custom domain?
Yes, the Pro and Enterprise plans include custom subdomains. The Enterprise plan allows you to use your own full domain. Set this up from the “Subdomains” section in your dashboard.
How does analytics work?
The analytics system lets you see how many people have viewed your card, where they’re located, what devices they use, and what actions they take (link clicks, contact downloads, etc.). Free users get basic analytics, while paid plans provide advanced statistics.
Is my information safe?
Yes, we use SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, passwords encrypted with bcrypt, and we comply with GDPR. Your data is stored on secure servers in the European Union.
How does two-factor authentication (2FA) work?
Two‑factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once enabled, you will need your password plus a 6‑digit code generated by an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) to log in. You can enable 2FA from the “Security” section in your account settings. We strongly recommend using 2FA to protect your account.
What happens if I lose access to my 2FA app?
If you lose access to your 2FA app, you can use the backup codes that are generated when setting up 2FA. If you also lose these codes, contact our support team with information that verifies your identity. For users who registered with Google, 2FA is not mandatory since Google already provides secure authentication.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time from the settings. You can also contact us at privacy@card-qr.com to exercise your right to be forgotten under GDPR.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within the first 14 days of subscription if you are not satisfied with the service. Please contact support@card-qr.com to request a refund.
