Is it really free? Are there any hidden costs?
Yes, CardQR has a free plan forever with no hidden costs. Includes: unlimited cards, QR, NFC, Tap to Connect, AI Card Generator (3/month), contact wallet + OCR scanning of physical cards (3/month), email signature generator, 6 free templates, vCard export, and no ads. Premium features like Lead Capture, Widgets, Advanced Analytics, and AI 50/month are available in the Pro plan (€2.99/month). Team Dashboard, HubSpot CRM, Webhooks, and API Access in the Enterprise plan (€12.99/month).
What happens if I change my information?
This is the great advantage of digital cards: when you update your information in CardQR (change your phone, email, title, etc.), the change is instantly reflected. The QR code and URL remain the same, but now they show your new information. You don't need to reprint anything or reshare your card. Everyone who has your QR or URL will automatically see the updated information.
Do I need to download an app?
No need to download anything. CardQR works fully from your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) on any device. You just access with your email and password from anywhere. The people scanning your QR don't need any special app either, just their phone's camera. Everything works directly from the browser.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, no problem. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, with no penalty, and keep using the free plan: there are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. If you also delete your account from Settings, we delete your cards, contacts, leads, analytics and payment methods, and that email stays blocked for 30 days (permanently if the account was closed for breaching the terms or had payments in dispute). For tax reasons we separately keep your billing history and the minimum data to identify you for 10 years, with your email stored encrypted; after that period it is deleted automatically.
